Ford "Spike" Dunton

Spike founded Integrated Personnel in 1979 with the dream of providing employers in the Northwest hardworking and honest members of the workforce.


Dunton earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Gonzaga University. After graduating, he entered the United States Army missile defense unit. In 1968, he started his career in the timber industry as Managerial Trainee for Pack River Lumber Company. After a year with Pack River, he became the Plant Manager for Diehl Lumber Mill in Plains, Montana. In 1971, he moved his family back to Idaho to join the management team at Idaho Forest Industries where he held many positions throughout their organization. In 1978, he came up with the concept of creating a centralized “extra board” for all the local sawmills and Industrial Personnel (now Integrated Personnel) launched in January of 1979. In addition to the north Idaho offices, he had also started branches in Kalispell, Montana, Prineville & Salem, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.  


Spike and his wife Sue love spending the winter months at their home in Indian Wells, California and the remainder of the year in Coeur d’Alene. Spike enjoys playing tennis, driving his 1972 Mustang “Blue Baby”, volunteering his time in Prison Ministry programs, and sharing many laughs with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  



Clyde Montgomery
Vice President

Clyde joined Integrated Personnel in 1989 and serves at the Vice President. He oversees company direction, strategy, and all human resources matters.


Montgomery was born and raised in Boise and after high school he spent 6 years working for Albertsons where he started on the freight crew and ended as a grocery manager. When joining IP, he began as dispatcher but worked his way up the management chain. Seeing people able to better themselves through finding employment and companies being able to find quality employees are some of the reasons why he finds his job so rewarding.


Clyde has been married to the love of his life Wendy since 1987. They have three children and six grandchildren. He loves God, family, work and the great outdoors. Clyde and Wendy spend a lot of their time with family, and enjoy staying active at the gym, and hiking.



Cameron Montgomery
Operations Manager

Cameron began working for Integrated Personnel in 2007 and now serves as the Operations Manager. He oversees the day-to-day operation of both offices including recruitment, client relations, and company performance.


Montgomery attended Boise State University and received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Prior to becoming the Operations Manager, he worked his way up the ranks at IP from Office Support to a Skilled Trades Recruiter and Branch Manager role. Cameron’s favorite aspect of his role is the partnerships he builds with local companies to help strengthen our communities by keeping companies staffed and employing local job seekers.


Cameron and his wife Rachelle keep themselves busy with their two active boys, Weston and Jeb. In his free time, he enjoys salmon fishing, hiking, and spending time with family & friends.



Gary Lalanne
Business Development Manager

Gary joined Integrated Personnel in 2013 and serves as the Business Development Manager. He oversees sales, marketing, and client services for both offices.


Lalanne received his bachelor's degree from the Craig School of Business at Fresno State University and was named the Sports Marketing Student of the Year. He spent 4 years working in front offices of professional sports team's sales and marketing departments. Prior to joining IP, he was a Staffing Manager for a large staffing firm in the Boise area where he specialized in the placement of administrative and clerical professionals. 


Gary and his wife Ashley have two children, TaLise and Landon. In his free time, he enjoys being involved with local mission projects, serving his church community, hunting, the gym, and cooking.



Cindy Thompson

Cindy began her career with Integrated Personnel in 1990 and now serves as the Payroll Manager for both offices. She is responsible for payroll, invoicing, and customer service.


Originally from California, she moved to the Coeur d'Alene area as a teenager in 1973. During her time with Integrated Personnel she has been receptionist, dispatcher, and an interviewer prior to overseeing the payroll department. What she enjoys most about her job is all the relationships she has been able to build with the staff, employees, and clients.


Cindy and her husband Tad have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with all her family, playing in a local bowling league, and spending time at the lake during the summer.



Chris Cragun
Recruiter - CDA Office

Chris joined Integrated Personnel in 2016 as a Recruiter for the Coeur d’Alene office. His primary recruiting focus is on light industrial and general labor positions.


Cragun was born and raised in Pocatello, ID prior to making his way to settle in Coeur d’Alene. He received his bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in Literature where he frequently found himself on the Dean’s List. Prior to joining the team at IP, he was a middle school teacher and held a variety of general labor positions. What Chris enjoys most about his role at IP is knowing that each day he is helping members of our community find gainful employment


Chris and his girlfriend Courtney have 3 boys that keep them very busy. In his free time, he enjoys 4-wheeling, reading, writing, kayaking, and spending time with his family.



Mike Dwyer
Recruiter - CDA Office

Mike joined Integrated Personnel in 2016 as a Recruiter for the Coeur d’Alene office. His primary recruiting focus in on skilled trades and heavy industrial positions.


Dwyer has a passion for helping people. A Spokane native, he received a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Whitworth University. Prior to joining the team at IP, he was a social worker and case manager. He also has an extensive background in manufacturing and production including 9 years of guitar building at Taylor Guitars and now spends his weekends as a novice wood worker and furniture maker. Mike enjoys all aspects of being a recruiter because it doesn’t feel like “work” to him (don’t let payroll know, but he claims he would even work for free).


Mike is a Gemini who enjoys long walks on the beach, a pint of Ben & Jerry’s, and a good book in front of a warm fire. In all reality, he and his amazing wife Abbie have 2 children, their firecracker daughter Clover, and son King whom he is well-pleased. In his free time, you can find him on the golf course or watching his San Diego (now sadly, LA) Chargers.



Barb Avery
Staffing Assistant - CDA Office

Barb began her career with Integrated Personnel in 1990 and is the Staffing Assistant for the Coeur d'Alene office. She is involved in the recruitment and screening of job seekers.


Originally from Montana, she moved to the Post Falls area in 1968. Prior to IP, she spent 10 years working for Hewlett Packard and completed a temporary assignment for the company before being offered a position in the office. Barb has contributed to the company in many capacities over the years including recruiting and interviewing. Her favorite aspects of her position include interacting with the applicants, the reward of helping them finding them full-time employment, and building relationships with our clients.


Barb and her husband Spark have been married "forever" and have a daughter Amanda. In her free time, she enjoys all that the northwest has to offer and spending time out on the rivers.



Mike Von Linting
Lead Recruiter - Sandpoint

Mike joined the team at Integrated Personnel in 2016 and is the Lead Recruiter for the Sandpoint office. His primary recruiting focus is on skilled trades and outside markets


Von Linting is originally from Boise and relocated to scenic Sandpoint in 2015. He has studied Economics and Psychology from the University of Idaho and is currently completing his bachelor’s degree online. Prior to joining IP, he spent 4 seasons on working on and leading wildland fire crews and has found success in various outside sales positions. His favorite aspect of his position is the sense of community he feels when he can help those seeking employment find a job that they can take pride in and in turn better themselves as well as the company they are placed at.


Mike is married to his loving wife, Tasha, they don’t have children (yet) but do have a dog that keeps them on their toes. His hobbies including skiing, snowboarding, ice hockey, mountain biking, fishing, and working out. He recently picked up hunting and fly fishing and would appreciate any pointers you have for him.



Leah Hauser
Recruiter - Sandpoint

Leah joined the team at Integrated Personnel in 2016 now serves as a Recruiter for the Sandpoint office. Her primary recruiting focus is on light industrial and general labor positions local to Sandpoint


Originally from Olympia, Washington, Leah made the leap to Sandpoint in August of 2014. She received her bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in Psychology and Human Development. Prior to joining IP, she served as a health volunteer in rural South Africa for two years with the Peace Corp. She also has experience working in the health care sector for over ten years in various from office and direct patience care positions. In her current role, she enjoys connecting with our clients and helping to facilitate long term employment for our job seekers in positions where they feel successful.


In her free time, she enjoys keeping up with her two energetic nieces and spending as much time with her family as possible. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, wakesurfing, and learning to ski…again.
