Employee Selection Process
A criminal background check and drug test is completed for all Integrated Personnel applicants, and we attempt to get work references when available on every employee. In addition, we will screen your potential employees based on whatever additional criteria that you provide.

Testing and Training
Your temporary employee will be tested and trained prior to arriving at the job. For industrial candidates, this means a thorough orientation including safety films on topics such as Lock Out Tag Out, hearing conservation, safe lifting, and hazardous materials containment.
Our industrial candidates will also arrive at the job with the basic safety gear necessary to do their job including hard hats, safety goggles and gloves.
